Ron is the Canadian Financial Services Transaction Leader and brings more than 25 years’ experience advising clients within the Financial Services sector.

Ron has a wide range of transaction experience, including advising clients on cross-border acquisitions and disposals. He’s worked with clients and transaction teams on a global scale, including the US, Caribbean, London, Australia, Hong Kong and South America.
